The companies belonging to GRUP GUILL\u00c9N are the following<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>GUILLEN MARITIMO S.A.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>INSULAR DE LLEVANT S.A.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>GUILLEN MADRID S.L.U<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>GUILLEN BOSCH S.A.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>TRANSPORTES ES VEDRA S.L.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>GUILLEN MENORCA S.A.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>2 \u2013 AGREEMENTS ADOPTED<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The activities of the companies belonging to GRUP GUILLEN are providing transportation of goods by sea.<\/li>\n<li>When a customer contacts any office of GRUP GUILL\u00c9N in relation to Personal Data in any aspect established by GDPR), the customer should be attended immediately. This contact and its results have to be communicated to the coordinated person named by GRUP GUILL\u00c9N.<\/li>\n<li>All the offices of GRUP GUILL\u00c9N will apply the measures established in the updated document PG50 \u201cPersonal Data Management\u201d. Also, all offices will follow the instructions given by the Coordinated person established.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>GUILL\u00c9N MAR\u00cdTIMO, S.A., as the parent company of the group, will take care of contracting the Treatment Management which will be common for the whole group of companies.
